I spend the weekend organizing the Danish Canoe Federation’s Surf Symposium 2008.

I only got minimal time on the water myself but enjoyed watching +40 girls and boys – many westcoast surf newbies – getting blasted in the surf.

    Now this looks really cool. So it happened in Hawaii? That is sort of thing I’d like to try out.
    By the way. How these kayaks are called? Sea kayaks?

    Not Hawaii no :) Cold Hawaii is name given to the northwest coast of Jutland.

    We were using surf, whitewater, polo and sea kayaks for the event.
